A long awaited pro model shoe !

Joseph Garbaccio is one of France's top skateboarders, boasting eight French champion titles. Regularly competing in international events, he has represented France at the 2024 Paris Olympics just a couple of weeks ago. Although he didn’t secure any medals this year, his powerful skateboarding and technical tricks made him a crowd favorite.

At the start of 2024, Joseph made waves with the release of his "Cauchemardesque" street part, where he capped it off with an insane frontside noseblunt on the hubba at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. His skateboarding is both technical and bold, making him a versatile and captivating skater to watch, whether in the streets or in skateparks.

We've been in touch with Joseph for several years now, and in addition to sharing common values and having a great relationship, we wanted to offer him a long-term partnership. Our goal was to provide him with gear that he enjoys and that allows him to fully express himself. Joseph joined the Decathlon Skateboarding team in 2023, and today we're proud to release his first pro model skate shoes — a well-deserved achievement.

The CRUSH 900 Garbaccio Pro is undeniably our best cupsole skate shoe yet! Combining technical performance and an athletic design, it merges the best technologies available !

When we started working on this project two years ago our top priority was to deliver maximum cushioning and comfort. Joseph is an all-terrain skater so we worked with him on developing an EVA midsole that would offer maximum impact protection.

The arch of the foot is protected from primo impacts by a thermoplastic insert positioned between the outsole and midsole, offering enhanced support.

The upper of the shoe is made out Rublast, a Decathlon-developed technology used in futsal shoes. This rubber-based material ensures flexibility while also providing exceptional resistance to abrasion.
